Problem

The initial situation.

A digital asset manager needed experienced React capacity on short notice within its internal development team for its ongoing product roadmap, without outsourcing it as a separate project.

Solution

How we solved it.

Piparo places an experienced React developer permanently inside the in-house web team, with the aim of contributing to architecture and roadmap and building up the team, rather than working through tickets.

Result

What came out of it.

The collaboration has been running without interruption since July 2025, was confirmed by contract extension in December 2025, and is billed monthly.
