Store Launch & Review

The store launch is where schedules break most often — not because it is hard, but because it rarely gets planned.

What has to be prepared

Name, description, keywords, screenshots in the required sizes, age rating, category, support address. Plus the privacy declarations both stores now ask for in detail: which data is collected, what for, and whether it is linked to the person.

The review

Apple reviews manually, Google mostly automatically with spot checks. The most common rejections at Apple are not technical: a test account that does not work, a feature the reviewer cannot find, a payment that bypasses store billing.

How we shorten it

We attach a note for the reviewer: credentials, where the described feature lives, what to do in which order. It sounds trivial and it is the difference between approval in two days and three rounds of questions.

If it gets rejected

We answer the question, change what needs changing, and resubmit. We have done this often enough to know the usual reasons — and to tell you in advance where your app might brush against them.
