The initial situation.
Microsoft Teams environments that have grown organically in large organizations become cluttered: empty teams, unused structures and no basis for cleanup decisions.
Solution
How we solved it.
Piparo and 365Heroes jointly designed a tool with traffic-light rating, reporting on empty teams, interaction checks and coupled archiving. Piparo was responsible for mockups and the planned technical implementation.
Result
What came out of it.
The concept is finished but was never built: the feature scope remained open, and the project is on hold. The related implementation line Simplify365 was commissioned instead.
