Problem

The initial situation.

The product team behind the OZG platform needed additional, reliable frontend capacity to keep developing online services for municipalities, without hiring permanently.

Solution

How we solved it.

Piparo provides a frontend developer who works remotely as a permanent part of the team, develops the platform's Vue and TypeScript frontends, and takes part in the team's agile routines.

Result

What came out of it.

A fixed-term engagement turned into a multi-year partnership with a scope extended several times, still ongoing today.

Effect in figures

Which was measurable in the end.
