Problem

The initial situation.

A digital asset manager needed experienced React capacity on short notice within its internal development team for its ongoing product roadmap, without outsourcing it as a separate project.

Solution

How we solved it.

Piparo places an experienced React developer permanently into the internal web team, with the aim of not just working through tickets but also contributing to architecture and roadmap thinking and enabling the internal team.

Result

What came out of it.

The collaboration has been running without interruption since July 2025, was confirmed by contract extension in December 2025, and is billed monthly.
