Problem

The initial situation.

A Microsoft 365 service provider wanted to implement its own software project around cleaning up Microsoft 365 and Teams environments, but needed reliable estimates and external development capacity.

Solution

How we solved it.

Piparo estimated the existing tickets, provided subject-matter guidance for the project across several status and coordination rounds, and has been implementing it ticket-based since being commissioned in early 2026.

Result

What came out of it.

The initial estimate in June 2024 turned into a firm engagement in February 2026. The project continues as an active delivery line.
