Problem

The initial situation.

Coaches have so far planned sessions with notepads, spreadsheets or scattered documents and have to react on short notice to cancellations, weather and pitch availability. What was missing was a tool that holds exercises in a structured way, assembles them into a clean phase structure, and guides the coach on the pitch during the session too, without taking professional decisions out of their hands.

Solution

How we solved it.

Piparo derived a requirements specification with eleven epics from a multi-hour concept workshop, fixing scope, license model and deliberate exclusions, and built design and development on top of it. The result: training planning with a fixed phase structure, a filterable exercise catalog, weekly planning, an execution mode with automatically running phases including sound and vibration, printing and export of individual exercises, and player and season functions. In parallel, a custom CMS is being built in which the client creates the 2D exercise graphics themselves. The decision against a standard CMS was made precisely because of this editor and the white-label outlook.

Result

What came out of it.

The app has been in development since April 2026, the client receives a test version every two weeks, the designs are content-frozen, and a demo date for the website and the training-creation-and-delivery flow has been fixed. The CMS has been decided as a custom variant, with the 2D graphics editor brought forward so content production can start on time.
